SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Zoti Software LLC (“Zoti”), including messages we send on behalf of the businesses we work for. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.

1. About these messages

Zoti sends appointment and customer care text messages on behalf of the businesses we work for. These include confirming an appointment you booked, reminders before it starts, the meeting link, rescheduling or cancellation messages, and replies to messages you send us. Each message names the business it is sent for.

2. Consent

We text you only after you agree to receive text messages, for example when you book an appointment by phone or online and give us your mobile number for reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission.

3. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages for each appointment. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

4. Opting out and help

• Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL) to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message to confirm, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@zoti.io.
• Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your appointment email or contact the business directly.

5. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Terms of Service apply to these messages.
